Role: Lead Illustrator & Visual Pipeline Specialist
The Project: Conceptualized and delivered over 2,500 cohesive, publication-ready illustrations for international maternal care, health, and hygiene manuals, covering critical developmental stages from pregnancy up to age 3.
Cross-Cultural Design & Scale: Tailored visual assets across three distinct continents (Africa, Latin America, and Asia), engineering custom character designs and accurate multi-ethnic representation to match each specific regional demographic.
Leadership & Project Management: Designed, scheduled, and managed a streamlined visual production pipeline from the ground up, directing a team of two additional artists. By establishing strict production tracking and delivery calendars, I guaranteed absolute stylistic unity, rigorous schedule adherence, and narrative consistency across thousands of assets.
